没问题，只要你们在中国领了结婚证，然后你女朋友（老婆）就可以凭证件跟你一起到美国大使馆申请签证（你申请F1，她申请F1携签，也就是F2）。如果时间上来不及的话，可以你先出国，她自己拿结婚证和你的相关证件去申请F2签证。她到美国后，可以在美国考试，然后直接申请学校后，转换身份就可以了。对于你来说要看有什么其他途径了，反正只要她能跟你一起去美国就行了。如果她家有亲属在美国，她也可以让亲属写邀请信，她去申请B1/B2签证。不过缺点是B1/B2只能停留6个月，来不及转F1。所以其实对你来说结婚申请F2基本上是唯一选择。祝好运
f2转f1是可以在美国转的，时间要3到4个月也没错，运气不好还得久，办事效率和中国大使馆的差远了。不是很明白为何楼主认为老婆回国签会有风险，她签f1只要有i20就可以了，和她之前是不是f2以及你是不是在opt期间没有关系，签的时候稍微注意一点别表现出有移民倾向就可以了，这个楼主自己签过f1肯定知道的。
